About

We built the record-keeping first, and the website around it.

SATOSure started from a simple observation: the small businesses with the strictest record-keeping needs were using the least purpose-built tools to do it — spreadsheets, shared inboxes, and whatever website builder was cheapest that year.

Where it started

A tool built for a business that couldn't afford to lose a file.

Before SATOSure, our team built and ran casework software for a regulated office where every client file mattered and nothing could go missing. SATOSure takes that same discipline — one record per client, everything time-stamped, nothing lost between tools — and makes it available to any small business, alongside the website they need anyway.

We're starting with a small founding group of businesses, immigration consultants first, and building from real conversations rather than guesses about what a "CRM" should do.

What we believe

Fewer places to lose track of a client

Your website, your CRM, and your files should be one record, not three subscriptions that don't talk to each other.

Record-keeping is the default, not the upsell

The businesses with the strictest requirements shouldn't be paying for a premium tier to get basic accountability.

Built with the people who'll use it

Every feature starts as a conversation with a real business owner, not a guess at what one might want.

Who's behind it

A small, hands-on team.

SATOSure is built and operated by a small Canadian software team. We work closely with the businesses we build for, which means early customers shape the product directly rather than filing a support ticket into a queue.

Talk to us before we build the next thing.

We're validating what to build next by talking to business owners directly — tell us what your files actually look like today.
